Suggest a purchase
We welcome suggestions for purchase by our customers. The easiest way is to use the form below but you can also pass on your suggestion by phone, in person or by email.
Selection guidelines
Items are considered and purchased if they fall within our selection guidelines. If we cannot purchase an item, we will try to source the item from another library through an interloan.
Our selection guidelines are that items cannot be purchased if:
- They are out of print
- They are very specialised items
- Items are of interest to only a small number of people
- The number of copies already held is considered sufficient
- Other limitations may be applied
