Buller District Libraries has a meeting room available for hire at the Sue Thompson Casey Memorial Library, located on Palmerston St Westport. The Meeting room is approximately 50 m2 and accommodates a maximum of 50 people for lectures or 20-24 people for other meetings (with tables).
The meeting room is available for hire by the half day, full day or evening.
Amenities
The room is equipped with a small kitchen bench, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and an urn. Tea and coffee and mugs are available. You are welcome to bring in external catering.
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the building and is provided by the Aotearoa People’s Network Kaharoa (APNK).
A data projector and whiteboard are available.
You are welcome to set the room up to meet your needs.
Fees
Rental charges: GST inclusive
- Non profit/community group: Full day $50.00, Half day/evening $25.00
- Commercial/government: Full day $126.50, Half day/evening $69.00
